Our company Ai4 produces business conferences focused on helping enterprise adopt artificial intelligence technology. 

We are looking for a stellar human to be our sole Account Manager to manage relationships with our conference speakers and sponsors. 

The role is partly account management and partly event operations. As you’ll be the 5th full time person at Ai4, you can expect to be able to add your thoughts to any part of the business. You will be expected to generate leads, communicate with conference speakers and sponsors regularly, maintain a high level of organization, and innovate on our existing system for lead generation system.


  • Manage top of funnel lead generations for conference speakers and sponsors 
  • Maintain communication and build relationships with conference speakers and sponsors
  • Innovate on our lead generation system to develop new sources of leads 
  • Update and maintain the conference agenda on web and mobile
  • Make website updates on WordPress to add new speakers & sponsors (no prior WordPress experience needed)
  • Manage exhibitor needs for 150+ AI companies leading up to event
  • Manage speaker needs for 200+ speakers leading up to the event
  • Update speaker and sponsor information in our CRM 
  • Develop an understanding for which types of speakers or sponsors make the most sense for the event
  • Be curious, ready to work and have fun!


  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Sharp attention to detail (this one is critical for the volume of communications you’ll be doing)
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships
  • Hopefully a budding curiosity about AI (prior AI knowledge is a plus)
  • Previous account management and/or event experience is a plus

Compensation, etc.

  • $55k + Bonus + Equity
  • Full-time in New York Ai4 office (195 Montague Street, WeWork)
  • Start date: ASAP
