How do I access the event app?
Once you are registered for the conference, you will receive login instructions about 1 week before the conference begins to being networking. If you don’t receive the login information at that time, please email [email protected].
Where is the event located?
The event will be in-person at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas in 2022. The exact address is 3799 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Once you arrive, you can access the conference by heading to the MGM’s Conference Center and taking the escalators to the 3rd Floor.
When is the event?
Ai4 2022 will take place on August 16th-18th beginning at 8 AM PT.

I applied for an attendee pass. What now?
You will have to wait to receive an email saying if you were accepted. This email should come within 24-48 hours from when you applied. If accepted, you will be automatically registered for the conference. If rejected, you may still attend the conference but you’ll have to either purchase a pass or a sponsorship. If you do not receive an email within 2 business days, try checking your spam folder. If it still isn’t there, contact [email protected]
Do I need to apply and get accepted to attend the conference?
Yes. If you are a member of the press, you can apply for a press pass.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund up to 30 days before the event, no questions asked. Within 30 days of the event, you may receive a 100% refund if you present proof of a positive COVID test. Registration may also be transferred to a future event or to a suitable colleague, as long as it is approved by the Ai4 team first. Send refund or transfer requests to [email protected].
Recordings of the talks are shared after the conference on the Ai4 video portal: https://ai4.io/videos. This link will be emailed to all attendees after the conference concludes.
How long are the talks?
Talks vary from 20 minutes to 60 minutes, with technical talks typically being longer and business talks being shorter.
