Event Information
The event will be in-person at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas in August 2025. The exact address is 3799 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
Ai4 2025 will take place on August 11th-13th.
Once you are registered for the conference, you will receive login instructions about 2 weeks before the conference begins to begin networking. If you don’t receive the login information at that time, please email [email protected].

Registered Attendees
Yes. By attending the conference you agree to all of the following: terms and conditions.
No. If you are under 21, you will not be allowed to attend the conference. You may ask our team for a full refund with proof of a valid government-issued ID.
The networking app will not open until 2 weeks before the event. Once it does, download the app called “Ai4 – Artificial Intelligence Conferences” and login with the email you used to register with.
No! Just show up to registration with your confirmation email or photo ID and we will print your badge on-site.
You can check your application status here. In the meantime, check your spam folder for an application status update email from us.
You’re fully registered to attend! There’s nothing else you need to do other than book your hotel/travel. Just show up to the event with your photo ID or confirmation email and we’ll print your conference badge on-site

Yes, please email [email protected] with the following information after you have registered and we can assist you with a visa invitation letter:
- Full Name
- Passport Number & Expiration Date

Conference Costs
The conference is free to attend for those who qualify for a complimentary pass. Criteria for this pass can be found here: https://ai4.io/vegas/register For those who don’t qualify for a complimentary pass, the current price of the standard passes can be found on the registration page here: https://ai4.io/vegas/register.
We offer discounts for groups 3 or more. You can find that pricing on the registration page: https://ai4.io/vegas/register/
We offer a full refund up to 30 days before the event, no questions asked. Within 30 days of the event, refunds will not be granted. If you purchased a pass, registration may also be transferred to a future event or to a suitable colleague, as long as it is approved by the Ai4 team first. Send refund or transfer requests to [email protected].
Our ticket pricing tiers increase a few times before the event date, please register ASAP to secure the current price, once the tier has increased we have to honor the new price.
Application Process
You will have to wait to receive an email saying if you were accepted. This email should come within 24-48 hours from when you applied. If accepted, you will be automatically registered for the conference and have no further steps, other than booking travel and hotels if applicable. If rejected, you may still attend the conference but you’ll have to either purchase a standard pass or a sponsorship. If you do not receive an email within 2 business days, try checking your spam folder. If it still isn’t there, contact [email protected].

Recordings of the talks are shared after the conference on the Ai4 video portal: https://ai4.io/videos/ai4-2024/. This link will be emailed to all attendees after the conference concludes.
Talks vary from 20 minutes to 40 minutes. Panel discussions last 40 minutes, while solo talks last 20. A few of our “technical” solo talks will also last 40 minutes.
