Required Submission Format

To ensure a double-blind review process, all submissions must include two separate documents.

Author Information Version
Must include:

  • Title of the paper or poster
  • Author name(s)
  • Institutional affiliation(s)
  • Contact information
  • Code*

Anonymous Review Version
Must include:

  • Title
  • Executive summary
  • Full paper or poster/project description
  • Code*

Must NOT include:

  • Author names
  • Institutional affiliations
  • Self-identifying references

Submissions that do not include both versions may not be reviewed.
*for the code – you create your own code which will connect your two submissions. For example, you can use a number or a word

Paper Submission Requirements

Authors may submit either a final full paper, or a nearly complete draft. Abstracts alone are not sufficient and will not be accepted.

File Naming Requirement

Please label files clearly as:

Code_Lastname_AuthorVersion

Code_AnonymousVersion

The code should be created by the submitting author and used consistently across both files to connect the submission versions.
