You are fully-registered to attend the event once your application is approved. Please see below for important information about this pass type…

• As a reminder, this pass type requires you to take 6+ meetings with select service providers while on-site through the Ai4 Match Program. If you are assigned less than 6 meetings by the Ai4 team then you may be required to attend up to 2 roundtables onsite instead.
• Beginning on June 16th you will be given one week to select the sponsors that you are interested in meeting with. The Ai4 team will use your selections to schedule the meetings that you will take onsite at the conference. Failure to complete this requirement will result in the cancellation of your pass and you will have to purchase a pass instead if you still want to attend.
• We will send around your final meeting schedules about 3 weeks before the conference begins. You must be sure to be available to take these meetings from 11AM to 5PM PT on Tuesday & Wednesday of the event. Failure to attend all of your meetings onsite may result in an invoice for the cost of your pass.
• Please note that this pass type is not transferable.
• The Ai4 app has everything you could need for the event: an attendee list, sponsor list, the full agenda, and more! The app will open about 2 weeks before the event begins.

Room Block:

1. Book your discounted hotel room through our room block at The Venetian. The room block offers a discounted price of $159/night + taxes and fees. Rooms at this rate are available until July 10, 2026 or until they sell out, whichever comes first.
2. Since content starts at 10 am on August 4th, we recommend arriving the evening of Aug 3rd and departing any time on August 7th to ensure that you don’t miss anything.

Please note that this must be completed by the deadline or your registration will be cancelled.

Room Block:

1. The virtual pass includes access to the networking app and a one-year membership to the Ai4 video portal that hosts all talks from past conferences.
2. Please note that conference sessions will not be live-streamed and the video portal will be sent around about 4-5 weeks after the event concludes.
3. You will receive instructions to log in to the Ai4 networking app 2-3 weeks before the event begins.
4. Once the video portal has been released 4-5 weeks after the event, click the “Register” button underneath the login box. From there, you will enter the email you used to purchase the pass in all lowercase letters and set a password.
