Book Your Discounted Hotel Room

Book your discounted hotel room through our room block at The Venetian.

  • Discounted rooms are limited and selling out fast. If our room block is full, please book through The Venetian directly here.
  • Since content starts at 10 AM on August 4th, we recommend arriving the evening of August 3rd and departing any time on August 7th to ensure you don’t miss anything. You can also view the schedule of events for help with timing.

Updating Registration Information

You can transfer your pass to a colleague, upgrade your pass type, add a pre-conference training, change your email, name, title, and more.

  1. Visit this link and click “login” in the top right corner.
  2. Enter the email that you used to register and click “Continue” then “Send magic link.”

Once you’re logged in…

  1. Click your name in the upper right and select “My Registrations”
  2. Scroll down to “Transfer Registration”
  3. Enter the information of the person you want to transfer the pass to

Once you’re logged in…

  1. Click your name in the upper right and select “My Registrations”
  2. Click “Resend Email”

Once you’re logged in…

  1. Click your name in the upper right and select “My Registrations”
  2. Click “Download” to download conference tickets. You won’t need this to get into the conference but you can use it to get a visa and approval or reimbursement for your company.
  3. Click “Download Invoice” to get that

Once you’re logged in…

  1. Click your name in the upper right and select “My Registrations”
  2. Scroll down to “Buy Tickets & Add-Ons”
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the next page for the “Add-Ons” section
  4. Select which training you would like and purchase

Once you’re logged in…

  1. Click your name in the upper right and select “My Registrations”
  2. Select “Registration details” next to the ticket you want to change
  3. Click “Edit Details” in the second box down

If you purchased a group pass and did not add the attendee information (name, title, company, email, etc.) you must do so before arriving onsite. Without this information, the attendee will not be able to get their badge. To add this information, once you’re logged in…

  1. Click the “My Tickets” tab and navigate to the “Holder Contact Information” section
  2. Click “Edit” and add all attendee information.

Take Advantage of the Ai4 App

The Ai4 app has everything you could need for the event:
an attendee list, sponsor list, the full agenda, and more!

The app will open 2-3 weeks before the event begins.

Make Sure You’re Receiving Our Emails

You should have received a confirmation email from us upon registering.

If you don’t see it, check your spam folder and mark it as “Not Spam.” If you still haven’t received it after 5 minutes, contact us at [email protected].

FAQs

Yes. By attending the conference you agree to all of the following: terms and conditions.

No. If you are under 21, you will not be allowed to attend the conference. You may ask our team for a full refund with proof of a valid government-issued ID.

The networking app will not open until 2 weeks before the event. Once it does, download the app called “Ai4 – Artificial Intelligence Conferences” and login with the email you used to register with.

No! Just show up to registration with your confirmation email or photo ID and we will print your badge on-site.

Yes, please email [email protected] the following information after you have registered and we can assist you with a visa invitation letter. If you are unable to obtain a visa on time, please let us know and we can offer a refund.

  • Full Name
  • Passport Number & Expiration Date
  • Full Company Name & Address

With this pass type, you are required to take 6+ meetings with select service providers while on-site through the Ai4 Match Program. If you are assigned less than 6 meetings by the Ai4 team then you may be required to attend up to 2 roundtables onsite instead.

Beginning on June 16th you will be given one week to select the sponsors that you are interested in meeting with. The Ai4 team will use your selections to schedule the meetings that you will take onsite at the conference. Failure to complete this requirement will result in the cancellation of your pass and you will have to purchase a pass instead if you still want to attend. We will send around your final meeting schedules about 3 weeks before the conference begins. You must be sure to be available to take these meetings from 11AM to 5PM PT on Tuesday & Wednesday of the event. Failure to attend all of your meetings onsite may result in an invoice for the cost of your pass.

The VIP Pass includes all of the benefits of a standard pass plus…

  • Access to the speaker lounge: VIPs can mix and mingle with speakers in our private Speakers Lounge for networking or relaxing between sessions. The Lounge will also have refreshments and light snacks and will be open during all track-session hours.
  • Access to the Speaker Meetup: Network with the speakers at Ai4 at this exclusive meetup on Monday, Aug 4. You will receive a calendar invite for this event as it gets closer.
  • Access to speaker lunch: Enjoy private lunches with the speakers. You will be sent calendar invites and more information about these lunches as the conference gets closer.
  • Priority RSVPs for workshops: You will be the first to receive the RSVP links to our extremely limited workshops.
  • Reserved seating for keynotes: Get priority seating for the most in-demand sessions. Speakers will also have access to this seating area.
  • VIP Registration: A dedicated VIP check-in area will be available so you skip the line and get your badge faster. You’ll also receive a complimentary Ai4 T-shirt!
  • Priority RSVPs for workshops: You will be the first to receive the RSVP links to our extremely limited workshops.

The virtual pass includes access to the networking app and a one-year membership to the Ai4 video portal that hosts all talks from past conferences.

Conference sessions will not be live-streamed and the video portal will be sent around about 4-5 weeks after the event concludes.

Once the video portal has been released 4-5 weeks after the event, click the “Register” button underneath the login box. From there, you will enter the email you used to purchase the pass in all lowercase letters and set a password.
