In order to upgrade your pass, follow the steps below…

Visit this page & login using the email that you used to register

Click “My Registrations” on the left panel

Find the event labeled Ai4 2026 and click “Registration Details”

Scroll down to the button “Exchange Ticket”

Select VIP Pass & click “Continue”

Enter credit card details and click pay. You will only be charged the difference between the VIP pass and the pass type that you chose
