Job Summary

This is a highly dynamic marketing operations role where you will maintain and optimize the systems that power one of the country’s fastest-growing AI conferences. We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a systems-focused role who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our marketing data ecosystem, ensuring dashboards are accurate, automations run smoothly, and systems stay organized as we scale. This is a full-time, fully remote position based in the United States.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

Ai4 fosters a growth-mindset environment, and you will be joining as the 20th full-time team member. You will serve as a key operator behind the scenes, helping ensure our marketing, sponsorship, and event systems run smoothly and accurately.

Your work will span data management, reporting, automation, and cross-functional support. Expect to collaborate frequently through Slack and Zoom while working autonomously to monitor systems, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and proactively improve processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and cleaning marketing databases across platforms (Klaviyo, Apollo, CRM, event platforms)
  • Ensuring consistency of attendee, lead, and unsubscribe data across systems
  • Monitoring integrations and automations to ensure data flows properly
  • Maintaining and QA’ing marketing dashboards and attribution tracking
  • Updating and validating performance reporting (including hotel tracking and campaign reporting)
  • Supporting ad campaign execution based on provided strategy
  • Identifying manual workflows and recommending automation improvements
  • Documenting processes to ensure long-term system reliability
  • Supporting sponsorship and sales teams with CRM data hygiene and reporting needs
  • Assisting with analytical support for 1:1 meetings programs and special event tracking

You will play a critical role in ensuring leadership and cross-functional teams can trust the numbers and move quickly with confidence.

 

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and demonstrated experience:

Required:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, RevOps, or similar
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience working with CRMs (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, Apollo, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort QA’ing data across multiple platforms 

Preferred:

  • Previous experience at a startup (fewer than 30 people)
  • Previous experience supporting B2B marketing or event organizations
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales or sponsorship teams
