Who Can Register as Media
Ai4 welcomes accredited members of the media who are actively covering artificial intelligence, data science, and enterprise innovation. Review the eligibility guidelines below to determine if you qualify for a media pass.

Qualified digital content creators
Media accreditation will not be granted to:
Publishers
Business development personnel
Marketing or PR professionals
Sales representatives
Brand ambassadors
Non-editorial staff
Anyone attending Ai4 primarily for networking, business development, or commercial purposes should register as a standard Industry Attendee or Exhibitor.
Proof of Media Affiliation
Applicants must submit at least one of the following forms of verification, depending on their role.
All materials must have been published or produced within the past two (2) months.
Applicants must demonstrate ongoing editorial coverage of AI or technology through one of the following:
- At least one relevant article with a byline published within the past two (2) months.
- An assignment letter from an editor on publication letterhead or sent from an official publication email address stating you are covering Ai4.
- A publication masthead or “About” page listing you as an editorial contributor.
Applicants must demonstrate a professional role analyzing technology or AI markets through one of the following:
- A published article or research note within the past two (2) months with your byline.
- A recent report cover naming you as an author or contributor.
- A published quote identifying you as an analyst from a recognized research firm.
Reports must be independently produced and not commissioned by an exhibiting company.
Ai4 welcomes digital creators who produce consistent, high-quality content focused on AI, data science, and emerging technologies.
- Applicants must demonstrate an engaged audience with verified analytics from the past 30 days, showing a minimum of 100,000 legitimate followers or subscribers across one or more platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Substack, etc.).
- Approved creators agree to share a minimum of four (4) posts about Ai4 across their primary social media channels within three months following the event.
Applicants supporting approved content creators must provide:
- An assignment letter from the creator (on letterhead or from the same email used for registration) confirming they are covering Ai4 and listing crew names.
Broadcast journalists, producers, and on-air talent covering technology or AI topics must provide:
- An assignment letter from an editor or producer confirming coverage of Ai4.
- An example of recent tech or AI-related coverage (aired or published within the past two (2) months).
Filmmakers or production teams developing documentaries related to AI or technology should contact the Ai4 press team ([email protected]) directly for credential consideration and provide proof of project development or distribution.
Independent journalists producing content for established outlets must provide one of the following:
- At least one published article or video with a byline within the past two (2) months.
- An assignment letter from an editor or producer on official outlet letterhead or sent from a company email address.
Personal blogs, community forums, or promotional company channels are not eligible for media accreditation.

- Each media application will be carefully reviewed, and approved applicants will receive a personalized confirmation email with their media credentials.
- Press badges are non-transferable and may not be used for sales, lead generation, or solicitation.
- On-site verification: Ai4 reserves the right to request additional proof of eligibility or revoke press credentials at any time.
