This document sets out the terms and conditions for the Ai4 Match Program between CloserStill Ai4, LLC and you when you register for any event or conference organized by CloserStill Ai4, LLC as a ‘Enterprise AI Buyer Pass’ holder.
By registering for either of the pass types listed above, you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions below as well as the terms & conditions applicable to all attendees outlined here. You should read this document carefully.
Eligibility Requirements
You must have been personally approved by a member of our team in order to hold an “Enterprise AI Buyer Pass.” The transferring of these pass types are not allowed without the written consent of a member of the Ai4 team. We reserve the right to revoke or amend your qualification for these pass types at any time.
Discounted or Free Tickets
Ai4 offers qualifying individuals a discounted or free ticket based on taking meetings with Participating Meeting Suppliers.
Unless a member of our team specifies otherwise in writing, you will be required to take a minimum of six (6) pre-scheduled 15-minute onsite meetings. In exchange you will receive a free pass to attend ($3195 Value).
Program Participation
As an Ai4 Match Program Buyer, you must comply with all instructions sent to you pre-event including but not limited to the following:
- Complete a profile (“Profile”) containing relevant information about your company, job role, and meeting preferences.
- Select meeting times with Participating Meeting Suppliers for your Ai4 Match Meetings.
- Accept scheduled meetings.
You agree to respond to all of our requests within our stated deadlines. Failure to meet fulfillment deadlines that will be provided in our guidelines and program information, or provide requested information may result in removal from the Ai4 Match Program, and you may be invoiced for the full or partial price of your Event ticket ($3195) at the full discretion of the Ai4 team.
Meeting Substitutions
In the event that Ai4 schedules you for fewer than six (6) total meetings, you may be required to participate in up to two (2) curated roundtable discussions in place of the unscheduled meetings. These roundtables are designed to provide comparable networking and engagement opportunities. Participation in these roundtables will count toward your fulfillment of Match Program requirements.
Individual Responsibilities
If more than one person from your organization is participating in the Ai4 Match Program, each individual must complete their own set of Ai4 Match meetings. If you are unable to attend your scheduled meetings for any reason, you may lose your eligibility for a discounted ticket, and you will be invoiced for the full or partial ticket price ($3195).
Meeting Time Slots
You agree to be available for all “meeting hours” until your final schedule is provided shortly before the Event. Your meetings may be distributed across multiple time slots and are not required to be consecutive.
If roundtable participation is required, those sessions will occur during standard meeting hours unless otherwise communicated by the Ai4 team.
Cancellation
If you are approved as a Ai4 Match Program Buyer but can no longer participate in the Program due to any reason (even if you are still employed by your organization), you must notify us at least 6 weeks prior to the Event. If you fail to do so, you will be invoiced for the full price for the Event ticket, though you will remain eligible for the Program in the future. If you become unable to participate within 6 weeks of the Event, you will be invoiced the full ticket price and may lose eligibility for future Ai4 Match Program participation. You will not be able to pick up your badge to attend SHOW until you pay the remaining balance.
Employment Changes
If you (a) leave your employer or (b) anticipate no longer being employed by the organization that approved your Ai4 Match Program participation before or after the Event, you must notify us immediately. In such cases, your participation will be canceled, and you will no longer be eligible for the Program or the discounted ticket.
Failure to Complete Scheduled Meetings
If you pick up your badge onsite or attend the Event but fail to complete your scheduled Ai4 Match Meetings:
- You will be invoiced for the full or partial price for the Event ticket ($3195).
- You may be excluded from the Ai4 Match Program in future years.
We may, at our discretion, prorate your ticket fee reimbursement based on the number of Ai4 Match Meetings you completed.
Please Note: Meetings that happen outside of our Ai4 Match Program slots will not be counted towards your meetings unless coordinated by our team.
Updating Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. The “Last Revised” date at the bottom of this document will reflect any changes made. Your continued participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these Terms and Conditions.
