Ai4 2026 will take place on August 4-6, 2026.
Once you are registered for the conference, you will receive login instructions about 2-3 weeks before the conference begins to begin networking. If you don’t receive the login information at that time, please email [email protected].

Registered Attendees
Congratulations! Your next step is to visit our Registered Attendees Portal. This is your primary hub to book your discounted hotel stay at The Venetian, manage your registration details, take advantage of the Ai4 app, and access essential event information to ensure you’re fully prepared for the event.
Yes. By attending the conference you agree to all of the following: terms and conditions.
No. If you are under 21, you will not be allowed to attend the conference. You may ask our team for a full refund with proof of a valid government-issued ID.
The networking app will not open until 2 weeks before the event. Once it does, download the app called “Ai4 – Artificial Intelligence Conferences” and login with the email you used to register with.
No! Just show up to registration with your confirmation email or photo ID and we will print your badge on-site.
You can check your registration status by visiting this link and clicking “login” in the top right corner. Enter the email that you used to apply and click “Continue” then “Send magic link. Then, select “My Registration” in the left menu. In the meantime, check your spam folder for an application status update email from us.
If you applied for a startup or government pass then you will have to purchase your discounted pass after your application is approved. Your registration is not confirmed until you have purchased the pass. For the Enterprise AI Buyer applicants, you’re fully registered to attend after you are approved. However, you must select the solution providers you are interested in meeting with once we send out instructions in June. Failure to do so will result in your pass being revoked. Yes, please email [email protected] the following information after you have registered and we can assist you with a visa invitation letter. If you are unable to obtain a visa on time, please let us know and we can offer a refund.

Conference Costs

We offer discounts for groups 3 or more or to startups, government workers, non-profits, and academia. You can find pricing and the application for discounted passes on the registration page: https://ai4.io/register/.
You may apply for a full refund and ticket transfers in writing up to 60 days prior to the event start date. Within 60 days prior to the event start date, refunds will not be granted unless you are unable to obtain a visa, but you may still transfer your pass to a colleague with our approval. Send refund or transfer requests to [email protected].
Free pass types are non-transferrable. For paid pass types, you are not permitted to resell your ticket or allow another individual to attend in place of the named delegate. If you are no longer able to attend an event after purchase of an event ticket, you may transfer the booking to another individual through your registration portal or contact [email protected].
Our ticket pricing tiers increase a few times before the event date, please register ASAP to secure the current price, once the tier has increased we have to honor the new price.
Application Process
If you applied for an Enterprise AI Buyer or media pass then you will have to wait to receive an email saying if you were accepted. This email should come within 24-48 hours from when you applied. If accepted, you will be automatically registered for the conference. If rejected, you may still attend the conference but you’ll have to either purchase a pass or a sponsorship. If you applied for a government or startup pass then you will have to purchase your pass after you are approved or rejected for the discounted rate. In either case, if you do not receive an email within 2 business days, try checking your spam folder. If it still isn’t there, contact [email protected].

You are welcome to submit an application to speak. Applications to speak can be found here: https://ai4.io/speakers. You can also purchase a sponsored speaking slot for a guaranteed spot on stage. More information on that here: https://ai4.io/sponsors/.
Talks vary from 20 minutes to 40 minutes. Panel discussions last 40 minutes, while solo talks last 20. A few of our “technical” solo talks will also last 40 minutes.
