August 3, 2026|Las Vegas, Nevada (The Venetian)

Hosted by the California State University Chancellor’s Office in partnership with Ai4

OVERVIEW

The Applied AI Academic Conference invites submissions from academic researchers, faculty, and student teams whose work advances the real-world adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence in organizations.

This conference is designed to connect academic research with industry application and to foster future collaboration between university researchers and industry executives.

As artificial intelligence continues to reshape work, institutions, and society, the need for applied, interdisciplinary research has never been greater. This conference prioritizes work that moves beyond theory to address how AI is actually implemented, governed, and experienced in practice.

Ai4 attendees are welcome to attend this conference at no cost. If you are already registered for Ai4 and interested in attending, fill out this sign up form here. You will have to log in using the email you used to register in order to complete the form.
