Media passes are reserved exclusively for working members of the press and content creators covering AI, data science, enterprise tech, or AI-driven business transformation. Publishers, business development, marketing/PR, sales, and non-editorial staff are not eligible. Please review the full details about media pass qualifications here. In short, you may qualify if you fall into one of the categories below:

  1. Print/Online Media – Editors, Reporters, Writers: Must demonstrate ongoing editorial coverage of AI or technology through at least one relevant article with a byline published within the past nine months.
  2. Industry Analysts: Must be analyzing technology or AI markets. Must provide a recently published report, article, or quote identifying analyst role (not commissioned work).
  3. Broadcast Media: Broadcast journalists, producers, and on-air talent covering technology or AI. Must provide an assignment letter & recent AI/tech segment (within 9 months).
  4. Freelancers: Independent journalists producing content for established outlets. Must provide recent bylined work and an assignment letter from an editor/producer.
